The food was delicious, and the location was perfect for skiing, as the rental shops and lifts were all close by. the balcony view was amazing, with a great view of the surrounding mountains.

The staff wasn't very welcoming and accommodating. They didn't seem to care about our needs, and we had to ask multiple times for basic amenities like towels and extra blankets.

The rooms were super comfortable, with cool lighting effects and heated flooring that left us wanting to lie on the floor all day. And to top it all off, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay unforgettable.

The hotel also had a spa and wellness center where I could relax and unwind after a long day of activities. The facilities were top-notch, including a sauna, spa lounge, and sun terrace. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and parking were a great convenience. I would definitely return to this place and highly recommend it to anyone.
