The food was delicious, and the location was perfect for skiing, as the rental shops and lifts were all close by. the balcony view was amazing, with a great view of the surrounding mountains.
The staff wasn't very welcoming and accommodating. They didn't seem to care about our needs, and we had to ask multiple times for basic amenities like towels and extra blankets.

What an amazing experience we had during our New Year's Eve getaway! The location was perfect, with breathtaking views all around. The food was incredible, and we loved how they sourced their ingredients from the nearby water source and mountains. We couldn't believe how tasty the water was straight from the faucet! The rooms were super comfortable, with cool lighting effects and heated flooring that left us wanting to lie on the floor all day. And to top it all off, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay unforgettable.
Honestly, we couldn't find anything to dislike about our stay. The place was perfect for our ski rental needs and close to the gondolas, which made getting around a breeze.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The newly refurbished suite I stayed in was absolutely stunning, with a large balcony that provided a great view. The staff members were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The service provided was impeccable, from the warm welcome drink upon arrival to the fantastic room service and assistance with tours and tickets. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center where I could relax and unwind after a long day of activities. The facilities were top-notch, including a sauna, spa lounge, and sun terrace. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and parking were a great convenience. I would definitely return to this place and highly recommend it to anyone.
I can confidently recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
